Our vision is simple but powerful. We equip beginning-stage advocates with comprehensive resources, tools, and training. The goal? To help build a solid foundation, instill confidence, and ensure parents can effectively navigate IDD services, all while creating a positive experience that inspires them to help others. Our active online community provides ongoing support, ensuring no one navigates this journey alone.

At capacity with her team of Independent Facilitators, Dusty has found a way to increase her impact exponentially by training parents and self-advocates to become skilled navigators, reducing the load on industry professionals.
